Pro-active Support – £CALL

Our advanced support option is a proactive remote support package which includes the following:

  • Server monitoring with support tickets raised by us if we spot any issues
  • Daily backup checks (we will automatically resolve any backup issues)
  • Multiple levels of SLA response time based on call priority
  • Unlimited support tickets, fixed remotely by our helpdesk
  • Monthly helpdesk reports to help spot hardware and training issues
  • Managed account with quarterly account meetings to discuss IT strategy and performance
  • Onsite support charged at an hourly rate

Pro-active Plus Support – £CALL

As above plus includes all onsite support.

Third line support and consultancy – £CALL

We can provide third line support and consultancy to complement your in-house IT team or manager.  Some of the items we can help with are:
